How long does shipping take?
Most of our best-sellers ship from US warehouses and arrive in 3–6 business days. A few specialty items ship internationally and take 8–15 business days — the estimate is shown on each product page.

Are your silicone products food-safe?
Yes — we only stock food-grade, BPA-free platinum silicone rated for freezer, microwave and dishwasher use.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! US and Canada. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises at the door.
How do I care for bamboo products?
Hand wash, air dry, and rub with food-safe mineral oil every month or two. Treated well, bamboo boards and utensils last for years.
