- Other catalog items: 3–6 business days (noted on the product page).
- Specialty items: 8–15 business days (noted on the product page).

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.
- Defective or wrong item: email us a photo and your order number — we'll send a free replacement or full refund. No need to ship anything back.
- Change of mind: contact us for a return authorization. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refund issued within 2 business days of receipt.
- Refunds go to the original payment method.
